Xilinx's Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC offers a dual(CG) and quad(EG/EV) core Arm® Cortex®-A53 application processor, a dual-core Arm Cortex-R5 real-time processor, and Mali™-400 MP2 graphics processor for EG/EV devices. They include FPGA fabric together with block RAM and UltraRAM. Several development kits and system on modules (SoM) are available from Xilinx and Trenz along with a variety of ICs.
