Volgen's KHV series ultra-compact, medium-high voltage DC/DC converters with 5-sided metal shield case offer output voltage that can be adjusted by external voltage or external variable resistor with built-in short-circuit and over-current protection providing this unit with high reliability and long life.

The KHV series uses an I type resonance and PWM to increase efficiency and reduce sizes to less than one-sixth the size of previous 5 W DC to HV DC converters. It has ripple noise of less than 60 mV_PP.
