The Freescale Semiconductor MC9S08SE 8-bit high-performance microcontroller (MCU) family provides excellent compatibility with Freescale´s 5V MCU portfolio, including pin, peripheral, and tool compatibility with S08SH devices and pin compatibility with RS08KA MCUs. The Freescale MC9S08SE extends the advantages of the HCS08 core and peripherals to 5V applications and offers a range of cost-effective, higher-pin-count device options, including a 20 MHz MCU version for entry-level products.The Freescale MC9SO8SE offers 8K Flash and 512 RAM and is ideal for a wide range of general-purpose consumer and industrial applications.
