C8051T60x Mixed Signal Programmable EPROM MCUs: Silicon Labs C8051T60x Mixed Signal Programmable EPROM MCUs are fully integrated, mixed-signal, and SoC MCUs with a high-speed pipelined 8051-compatible core. These programmable EPROM MCUs feature up to 25MIPS throughput, on-chip LDO for internal core supply, supply monitor, watchdog-timer, clock oscillator, and programmable analog multiplexer. The pipelined instruction architecture is responsible for executing 70% of the instructions in 1 or 2 system clocks. These programmable MCUs can switch between clock sources on-the-fly which is useful in power saving modes.
