The MSP430F1xx Series architecture combines a 16-bit RISC CPU, peripherals, and a flexible clock system that interconnects using a memory address bus (MAB) and memory data bus (MDB). Integrating a modern CPU with modular memory-mapped analog and digital peripherals results in an ideal solution for demanding mixed-signal applications.

MSP430F4xx Series: OMO Electronic MSP430F4xx Series are LCD Flash or ROM based 16 bit microcontroller devices that offer integrated LCD controllers and 16-bit sigma-delta A/D, Op Amps, multipliers, DMA, and other peripherals ideal for low power metering and medical applications. Other applications include sensor systems that capture analog signals, convert them to digital values, and process and transmit the data to a host system, or process this data and display it on a LCD panel.
