MAX32650/51/52 Ultralow Power Microcontrollers
Maxim Integrated MAX32650/51/52 Ultralow Power Microcontrollers are designed for high-performance, battery-powered applications. The MAX32650/51/52 are based on an Arm® Cortex®-M4 with a floating point unit (FPU). The MCUs have a 3MB flash and 1MB of SRAM. Memory scalability is supported with multiple memory-expansion interfaces. These include a HyperBus™/Xccela™ DDR interface and two SPI execute in place (SPIX) interfaces. A secure digital interface supports external high-speed memory cards including SD, SDIO, MMC, SDHC, and microSD™.
