US1xWF 1A Surface Mount Ultra-fast Rectifiers: DIODES Inc. US1xWF 1A Surface Mount Ultra-fast Rectifiers are packaged in a low-profile and small form factor SOD123F package. These rectifiers are enhanced with ultra-fast recovery times for high efficiencies and are suited as boost diodes in power-factor correction circuitry. The US1xWF surface mount rectifiers offer low leakage current, low forward voltage, and low power losses. These rectifiers are ideal for secondary rectification and freewheeling for ultra-fast switching speed AC-AC / DC-DC conversions in high-temperature conditions. The US1xWF rectifiers feature 200V to 1200V peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) range and 1A average rectified output current. These surface mount rectifiers are manufactured in a glass passivate die construction process. Applications include flat panel displays, switching power supplies/chargers, freewheeling diodes, and LED lighting.Learn more
