MPQ4425M LED Driver
Monolithic Power Systems MPS MPQ4425M LED Driver is a rectified, step-down, switch-mode white LED driver with built-in power MOSFETs. The integrated MOSFETs simplify design and reduce external component requirements, resulting in a lower BOM. The MPQ4425M delivers a continuous 1.5A output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide 4V to 36V input supply range. The MPQ4425M features synchronous mode operation to ensure high efficiency.Current-mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. Full protection features include over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shut down (TSD). The MPQ4425M is offered in a space-saving 13-pin QFN package and is AEC-Q100 qualified.Learn More
