APR346 Synchronous Rectification Controller
Diodes Incorporated APR346 Synchronous Rectification Controller is a secondary side MOSFET driver for synchronous rectification. This MOSFET driver supports Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM), Discontinuous Conduction Mode (DCM), and quasi-resonant flyback topologies. Synchronous rectification can effectively reduce the secondary side rectifier power dissipation and provide a high-performance solution. The APR346 rectification controller can output the ideal drive signal with less external components by sensing the primary MOSFET gate-to-source voltage. This device provides a high-performance solution for 5V to 20V output voltage applications.
