MB9B120M MCUs have on-chip flash memory and SRAM with motor control timers, Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs), and communication interfaces (UART, CSIO, I2C, and LIN). Other features include multi-function serial interface, DMA controller, A/D converter, D/A converter, base timer, general purpose I/O port, QPRC, and RTC.
