DrMOS SiC6 Series Integrated Power Stage: Vishay Semiconductor DrMOS SiC6 Integrated Power Stage is optimized for synchronous buck applications to offer high current, high-efficiency, and high power density performance. Packaged in Vishay's proprietary 5mm x 5mm MLP package, SiC6xx enables the voltage regulator designs to deliver up to 60A continuous current per phase. The internal power MOSFETs utilizes Vishay's state-of-the-art Gen IV TrenchFET technology that delivers industry benchmark performance to significantly reduce switching and conduction losses.

VRPower DrMOS Integrated Power Stage: Vishay Semiconductors VRPower DrMOS Integrated Power Stages are optimized for synchronous buck applications to offer high current, high efficiency, and high power density performance. Packaged in Vishay's proprietary MLP package, SiC series power stages enable the voltage regulator designs to deliver continuous current per phase. The series incorporates an advanced MOSFET gate driver IC that features high current driving capability, adaptive dead-time control, integrated Schottky diode, and zero current detection to improve light load efficiency.

SiC645 & SiC645A Smart Power Stage Modules: Vishay SiC645 and SiC645A Smart Power Stage (SPS) Modules are 60A VRPower® devices that integrate power MOSFETs, an advanced driver IC, and a bootstrap FET. The SiC645 and SiC645A offer high accuracy current and temperature monitors that can be fed back to the controller and doubler to complete a multiphase DC-DC system. These SPS Modules simplify design and increase performance by eliminating the DCR sensing network and associated thermal compensation. The SiC645 and SiC645A Modules support light-load efficiency via a dedicated left control pin.Fault protection features for the SiC645 and SiC645A include high-side FET short and overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO). These SPS Modules also feature open drain fault reporting outputs. The modules support 5.0V (SiC645) and 3.3V (SiC645A) PWM tri-level input. An open-drain fault reporting pin simplifies the handshake between the smart VRPower devices and multiphase controllers and can be used to disable the controllers during start-up and fault conditions.Learn More
