Cypress Semiconductor MB9B560L series microcontrollers are 32-bit high-performance general purpose microcontrollers with ARM Cortex-M4F CPU core. These MCUs have on-chip flash memory and SRAM with peripheral functions like motor control timers, ADCs, and communication interfaces (USB, CAN, UART, CSIO, I2C, and LIN). The MB9B560L MCUs operate at up to 160MHz frequency with 512Kb on-chip flash memory and 64Kb on-chip SRAM. These MCUs have Real-time Clock (RTC), watch counter, base timer, dual timer, watchdog timer, and multifunction timer. Other features include 8 channel DMA controller, Clock Super Visor (CSV), Low-Voltage Detector (LVD), low-power consumption mode, VBAT, and debug.
