STMicroelectronics STM32F401xD & STM32F401xE High-Performance MCUs feature the high-performance ARM® Cortex®-M4 32-bit RISC core. The devices operate at a frequency of up to 84MHz. The Cortex®-M4 core features a Floating point unit (FPU) single precision to support all ARM single-precision data processing instructions and data types. The devices also implement a full set of DSP instructions and a memory protection unit (MPU) to enhances application security.
