MPM3510A Synchronous Step-Down Converters: Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3510A Synchronous Step-Down Converters offer integrated power MOSFETs, inductor, and two capacitors. The MPM3510A provides a compact solution with only 4 external components, resulting in a 1.2A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range.

MPM35x Synchronous Step-Down Converters: MPS MPM35x Synchronous Step-Down Converters have built-in power MOSFETs, inductors and two capacitors. The MPM35x are compact with only 4 external components. These converters achieve a 0.6A or 1.2A continuous output current. The MPM35x feature excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range. MPM Power Modules: MPS MPM Power Modules, available in single or dual channel, are integrated DC/DC solutions with excellent load and line regulation. These step-down DC-DC converters feature built-in internal power MOSFETs and power inductors. The Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme provides a fast transient response, high light-load efficiency, and easy loop stabilization. These modules require a minimum number of readily-available standard external components, simplifying power system design. They also have a small surface-mount footprint, due to their compact QFN package. All MPS parts are lead-free, halogen-free, and adhere to the RoHS directive.
