Cypress Semiconductor PSoC4200D ARM® Cortex™-M0 CPU Programmable SoCs (PSoCs) consist of embedded system controllers with an ARM® Cortex™-M0 CPU. Based on PSoC® 4 platform architecture, the PSoC4200D PSoCs integrate a microcontroller with digital programmable logic, programmable interconnect, and standard communication and timing peripherals. PSoC4200D also includes programmable and reconfigurable analog and digital blocks with flexible automatic routing. Fully compatible with members of the PSoC 4 platform, the PSoC4200D ARM® Cortex™-M0 CPU Programmable SoCs support new applications and design requirements. PSoC4200D’s programmable digital subsystem enables flexibility and in-field tuning of the design.
