General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes: Littlefuse General Purpose ESD Protection SPA Diodes protect electronics from transient voltage damage. The wide selection offers diodes that meet industry requirements to solve multiple exposure issues.

Ethernet ESD, Lightning, & Power Fault Protection: Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. The Ethernet Power Fault Protection includes the SMCJ and SP40 TVS Diode, SP3, SRV05xx, LC03xx, and SP40xx Diode Array, and the 0461xxx Fuse series. Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection products meet various applicable standards.

Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes: Littelfuse Low Capacitance ESD SPA Diodes provide protection for cables that operate with high-speed data and signals.

Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes: Littelfuse Lightning Surge TVS SPA Diodes are designed to limit the amount of unwanted voltages to prevent damage by blocking the surges.

TVS Silicon Protection Arrays (SPA): Littelfuse TVS Diode Arrays SPA™ (Silicon Protection Arrays) are designed to protect electronics from very fast and damaging voltage transients, such as lightning and electrostatic discharge (ESD). The diodes offer an ideal protection solution for I/O interfaces and digital and analog signal lines in computer and consumer portable electronics. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

Industrial Communication & Control: Littelfuse Industrial Communication and Control provides protection for RS-485 and Ethernet applications. The Industrial RS-485 features the capability of driving multiple ports, a fast speed rating of 10Mbps, and a long-distance transmission of 1500. Industrial Ethernet provides a long-distance transmission of 100m, a 30W PoE+ rating, and a fast speed rating of 1Gbps. Littelfuse Industrial Communication and Control RS-485 and Ethernet devices are ideal for energy meters, factory automation, wind control, and human machine interface.

Littelfuse High Reliability TVS Diodes

SP3021 TVS Diode Array SPA™ for Bidirectional ESD: Littelfuse SP3021 Series features back-to-back TVS diodes fabricated in a proprietary silicon avalanche technology to provide protection for electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). The back-to-back configuration provides symmetrical ESD protection for data lines when AC signals are present. These Littelfuse SP3021 robust diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes at the maximum level specified in the IEC 61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation. With a low dynamic resistance of 1.6Ω, the SP3021 Series offers superb clamping performance to protect sensitive chipsets. The low loading capacitance of 0.5pF minimizes signal degradation and distortion; making these devices ideal for protecting high-speed signal pins such as USB3.0, MHL/MIPI/MDDI, HDMI, Display Port, eSATA, Set Top Boxes, Game Consoles, Smart Phones, External Storage, Ultrabooks, NoteBooks, Tablets, eReaders.
