This device comes in small SOT363 (TSSOP6) SMD plastic package and uses Trench MOSFET technology. PMGD175XNE MOSFET features low threshold voltage, fast switching, and more than 2Kv HBM ESD protection. Applications include relay driver, high-speed line driver, low-side load switch, and switching circuits.
