ISL85014 Synchronous Buck Regulator: Renesas / Intersil ISL85014 Synchronous Buck Regulator is a high efficient, monolithic regulator delivering 14A of output current from 3.8V-18V input supply. This ISL85014 regulator integrates high-side low ON-resistance and low-side FETs to maximize efficiency. The ISL85014 device is synchronized to an external clock of up to 1MHz. This ISL85014 regulator is available in a space-saving 15Ld 3.5mm x 3.5mm lead-free TQFN package. Applications include servers and cloud infrastructure Point-Of-Loads (POLs), Infrastructure Protection Centre (IPCs), factory automation, PLCs, and storage systems.
