Intersil's ISL28023/25 is a bi-directional, high-side and low-side, digital current sense and voltage monitor with a serial interface. The device monitors power supply current and voltage and provides the digital results along with calculated power. The auxiliary input provides an additional power monitor function. The ISL28023/25 serial interface is PMBus compatible, operates down to 1.2 V, draws an average current of just 800 μA, and is available in the space saving 24 Ld QFN 4 mm x 4 mm and 16-ball WLCSP packages. The parts operate over the full industrial temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
