Diodes Incorporated PI4ULS3Vx04 Bidirectional Level Translators are 4-bit configurable, dual-supply, autosensing, bidirectional-level translators that do not require a direction control pin. The B and A ports track two different power supply rails to allow design flexibility. These Diodes Incorporated devices offer data rates of 140Mb/s or 280Mb/s, provide a high output current capability, and are 2kV system-level ESD capable, making them ideal for push-pull applications.Learn More
