The EFR32FG13 can be used for any battery operated application and other systems requiring high performance and low energy consumption. The SOCs are single-die solutions with energy efficiency, ultrafast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier, an integrated balun and no-compromise MCU features. The EFR32FG13 fully supports Bluetooth 5.0.
