MIC94310 200mA LDO Voltage Regulator
 Microchipl MIC94310 LDO DC-to-DC Voltage Regulator incorporates Microchip's Ripple Blocker™ active filter technology to provide high frequency ripple attenuation (switching noise rejection) for applications where switching noise cannot be tolerated by sensitive downstream circuits such as in RF applications. This ultra-low dropout (20mV typical) LDO is rated up to 200mA and operates from an input voltage of 1.8V to 3.6V. MIC94310 allows true load switching of low-voltage power rails in any electronic device. MIC94310 also includes linear current limiting and thermal shutdown to ensure full protection from damage due to fault conditions. Learn More
