Ethernet ESD, Lightning, & Power Fault Protection
Littelfuse Ethernet/PoE ESD, EFT, Lightning, and Power Fault Protection ensures that the power fault overcurrent can be protected with Telelink fuses. The Ethernet Power Fault Protection includes the SMCJ and SP40 TVS Diode, SP3, SRV05xx, LC03xx, and SP40xx Diode Array, and the 0461xxx Fuse series. The TVS SPA diodes offer a broader application use and improved impulse protection performance over conventional diodes.

Littelfuse Industrial Communication and Control provides protection for RS-485 and Ethernet applications. The Industrial RS-485 features the capability of driving multiple ports, a fast speed rating of 10Mbps, and a long-distance transmission of 1500. Industrial Ethernet provides a long-distance transmission of 100m, a 30W PoE+ rating, and a fast speed rating of 1Gbps. Littelfuse Industrial Communication and Control RS-485 and Ethernet devices are ideal for energy meters, factory automation, wind control, and human machine interface. 
Littelfuse High Reliability TVS Diodes
SP4031 Hybrid Protection Module
Littelfuse SP4031 Hybrid Protection Module offers both overcurrent and differential only overvoltage protection for high-speed interfaces like 10/100/1000BaseT ports. During a prolonged overvoltage situation like power fault, this device will present a high-impedance. This high-impedance state will reset once the power fault event ends. The SP4031 hybrid protection module will clamp and protects any downstream chipsets during a fast transient process. The low loading capacitance and high-sure capability make the SP4031 TVS diode array ideal for protecting telecommunication ports like Ethernet and other high-speed data interfaces.
