Skyworks SKY135XX RF Switch ICs have low insertion loss and high isolation along all switching paths. The SKY135XX are housed in small  1.1x1.1, 1.6x1.6mm or 2x2mm packages and are surface mount devices for easy assembly. Typical applications include GSM/DCS/PCS/CDMA/WCDMA/TD-SCDMA single-ended filter switching, 2G/3G/4G multimode cellular tablets, handsets and embedded data cards.
