SMxJ-Q AEC-Q101 TVS Diodes
Bourns SMxJ-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are designed for surge and ESD protection applications. The diodes offer a choice of Working Peak Reverse Voltage from 12V up to 58V. Typical fast response times are less than 1.0 picosecond from 0V to Breakdown Voltage. The SMAJ-Q Series features a 400W power dissipation, a 40A peak forward surge current and is packaged in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) size format. Packaged in a DO-214AA (SMB) size, the SMBJ-Q devices feature a 600W power dissipation and a 100A peak forward surge current. The SMCJ-Q components are packaged in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) size format, feature a 1500W minimum peak pulse power dissipation, and 200A peak forward surge current. Packaged in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) size format, the SMLJ-Q Series features a 3000W minimum peak pulse power dissipation and a 300A peak forward surge current. Bourns Chip Diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle with standard pick and place equipment, and the flat configuration minimizes roll away. SMxJ-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are now in available 5.0SMDJ footprint.
5.0SMDJ-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diodes
Bourns 5.0SMDJ-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode Series are designed for surge and ESD protection applications. The diodes feature a choice of Working Peak Reverse Voltage from 12V up to 43V and Breakdown Voltage up to 52.8V, in a compact DO-214AB (SMC) package. Typical fast response times are less than 1.0ps from 0V to Breakdown Voltage. Applications include automotive, telecom, computer, industrial and consumer electronics. 5.0SMDJ-Q TVS Diodes are AEC-Q101 compliant.
