NCP5974x Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage Regulators
ON Semiconductor NCP5974x Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage Regulators are dual-rail, low dropout linear regulators capable of providing an output current in excess of 1.5/3.0A with a dropout voltage of 60/115/120mV typ. at full load current. The devices are stable with ceramic and other types of output capacitors. Internal protection features include  built−in thermal shutdown and output current limiting protection. QFN and DFN versions include user programmable soft−start and power good pins. The NCP5974x Ultra-Low Dropout Voltage Regulators are well-suited for computing & peripherals, medical, consumer, telecom & industrial equipment point of load regulation, FPGA, DSP & logic power supplies, switching power supply post regulation, and applications with specific start−up time or sequencing requirements.Learn More
