Cypress Semiconductor CY7C1041GN30-10ZSXI Static RAM is a 4Mbit high-performance CMOS fast static RAM organized as 256K words by 16 bits. CY7C1041GN30-10ZSXI has data writes performed by asserting the Chip Enable and Write Enable inputs. CY7C1041GN30-10ZSXI has a low active current of 38mA and a standby current of 6mA with an operating voltage range varying from 1.65V to 2.2V, 2.2V to 3.6V and 4.5V to 5.5V. The Static RAM has an operating temperature of -40°C to +85°C.
