TQF6297H Front-End Power Amplifier Module
QorvoTQF6297H Front-End Power Amplifier Module integrates Qorvo HBT power amplifier, CuFlip®, and BAW filter technologies in one circuit. This 24-pin compact module comes in a 4mm x 3mm package and provides a small RF solution. The TQF6297H module provides a linear output power of 25dBm for non-filtered paths and 27.5dBm for filtered paths. This module has primary bands to meet Wi-Fi™ requirements and auxiliary bands to reduce the filters required per TD-LTE solutions. The primary band includes B40 and B41N filters and the auxiliary band includes B7, B30, and B38 filters. Applications include TD-LTE smartphones, tablets, handsets, and data cards.
