Micro Commercial Components SMF Series Transient Voltage Suppressors are small, high thermal efficiency TVS diodes with stand-off voltage ranging from 5 to 170V. MCC SMF Transient Voltage Suppressors feature 200W peak power dissipation and low clamping voltage. These MCC transient voltage suppressors are surface mount devices with uni and bi-directional options.
