TPS7A6650H-Q1 Ultralow Iq Low-Dropout Regulator
OMO Electronic TPS7A6650H-Q1 Ultralow Iq Low-Dropout Regulator is a low-dropout linear regulator designed for up to 40V Vin operations. With only 12µA quiescent current at no load, it is quite suitable for standby microprocessor control unit systems, especially in automotive applications. The device features integrated short circuit and overcurrent protection. This regulator implements a reset delay on power up to indicate the output voltage is stable and in regulation. One can program the delay with an external capacitor. A low-voltage tracking feature allows for a smaller input capacitor and can possibly eliminate the need of using a boost converter during cold-crank conditions. The device operates in the –40°C to 150°C temperature range, which makes it well suited for power supplies in various automotive applications.
TLC6C59x/TLC6C59x-Q1 Shift Register LED Drivers
OMO Electronic TLC6C59x/TLC6C59x-Q1 Shift Register LED Drivers are monolithic, medium-voltage, low-current power  8- or 12-bit shift registers designed for use in systems that require relatively moderate load power, such as LEDs. TI TLC6C598  contains an 8-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift register that feeds an 8-bit D-type storage register while TLC6C5912-Q1 contains a 12-bit serial-in, parallel-out shift register that feeds a 12-bit D-type storage register. Outputs are low-side, open-drain DMOS transistors with output ratings of 40V and 50mA continuous sink-current capabilities when VCC = 5V. The current limit decreases as the junction temperature increases for additional device protection. The device also provides up to 2000V of ESD protection when tested using the human-body model and the 200V machine model. TI TLC6C59x is designed for operation over the operating ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. These TI shift register LED drivers are designed for use in instrumentation clusters, tell-tale lamps and LED illumination and control.
