The parcel arrived in russia, but the fault of the russian post was not delivered. A dispute was opened. The seller refused to return the money, despite the guarantee of a full refund of payment in case of non-delivery within 60 days. Payment was returned only by arbitration decision ali express.Although the chinese constable had suffered clearly not because of its fault, but because of the breakdown of the russian post, nevertheless, the guarantee obligations should be fulfilled.Therefore, i put the seller 3 stars for incorrect behavior.
