ROHM BU45K/BU46K Series Voltage Detector ICs with built-in counter timer offer a low current consumption of 2.3μA (Typ.) and high accuracy detection voltage of ±1.0%. The BU45K/BU46K Series has a detection voltage range of 2.3V to 4.8V with a counter timer delay circuit built-in, eliminating the need for an external capacitor.
