MAX11253 16-Bit Delta-Sigma ADC
Maxim MAX11253 16-Bit Delta-Sigma Analog-to-Digital Converter is a 6-channel, 16-bit delta-sigma ADC that achieves exceptional performance while consuming very low power. Sample rates up to 64ksps allow precision DC measurements. The MAX11253 communicates via an SPI serial interface and is available in a small (5mmx5mm) TQFN package.
