ON Semiconductor NCP106x & NCP107x High-Voltage Switchers have a built-in 700V MOSFET and  integrated fixed frequency current mode controller. The switchers have a high level of integration, including soft-start, frequency-jittering and short-circuit protection. The switchers have a skip-cycle operation at low peak currents, fixed ramp compensation and adjustable peak current. A Dynamic Self-Supply (DSS) eliminates the need for auxiliary winding. NCP106x & NCP107x are available in PDIP-7, SOIC-10 or SOIC-16 packages.Learn More
