NCP163 250mA Low Dropout Regulators
ON Semiconductor NCP163 250mA Ultra-Low Noise and High PSRR Low Dropout Regulators offer ultra-low noise and high PSRR. The LDOs also provide outstanding load/line transients, and are designed to work with a 1µF input and output capacitor. The NCP163 is developed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analog circuits. The regulators are available in three packages WLCSP4 0.65mm x 0.65mm x 0.33mm, WLCSP4 0.65mm x 0.65mm x 0.4mm, and XDFN4 1mm x 1mm x 0.4mm.
Ultra-High PSRR LDO Regulators
ON Semiconductor Ultra-High PSRR LDO Regulators include the NCV816X and NCP16x families of linear regulators. The regulators are capable of supplying a 250mA to 700mA current output current. The NCV816x and NCP16x meet RF and analog circuit requirements. They provide low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. The devices work with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor.
