NCP718 LDO Voltage Regulators
ON Semiconductor NCP718 LDO Voltage Regulators are 300mA LDO linear voltage regulators. These NCP718 regulators are very stable and accurate devices with ultra-low quiescent current consumption and a wide input voltage range (up to 24V). The NCP718 LDO voltage regulators incorporate protection features like thermal shutdown and current limiting. These regulators operate at 2.5V to 24V operating voltage range. Typical applications include wireless chargers, portable equipment, and communication systems.
