SAC136 Transient Voltage Suppressors
Micro Commercial Components SAC136 are 136V peak clamp Transient Voltage Suppressors in a DO-15 molded plastic case. MCC SAC136 Transient Voltage Suppressors have a glass passivated junction and excellent clamping capability. These MCC transient voltage suppressors have a 1.5W steady state power dissipation at 90ºC and a 2.7A peak pulse power surge current with a 10/1000µs. The SAC136 has an operating temperature range of -40 to 150ºC.
