STPS6M100SF 100V Power Schottky Rectifier
STMicroelectronics STPS6M100SF 100V Power Schottky Rectifier is a high voltage Schottky Barrier Rectifier optimized for use in high frequency miniature DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection, battery chargers, and power adapters. Packaged in a PSMC (TO-277A), the STPS10M120SF provides a very low VF in a compact package and can withstand very high operating junction temperature. The device features wettable flanks, ensuring high-quality connections and allowing visual solder inspection.
