Ordered 10 pcs 18 com. Accuracy corresponds to 1%. My multimeter showed 17,9 to 18,1. But i doubt about the declared power. The diameter of the resistor is 5 with a small mm, which means the power is most likely 2 w, but maybe i'm wrong.
