Packed was just in a puffy package postal nothing more. On the road, apparently somewhere pressed and bent the radiator. Electronics is not hurt, it works. To whom it will seem that at the output the same as at the input-i remind you, the converter from 10 v at the input, and really it starts somewhere at 9.5 v. If the input is below 10 v, it will simply skip to the output what is at the input.
