MASW-011071 PIN Diode Terminated SPDT Switch: MACOM MASW-011071 PIN Diode Terminated SPDT Switch has a low insertion loss of 1dB and high isolation of 38dB with an integrated bias network and termination circuit. The MASW-011071 is a terminated silicon PIN diode SPDT switch designed for X-Band high power, high performance applications. The switch is assembled in a lead-free 7mm 44-lead PQFN plastic package. The switch handles greater than 20W of CW power over the 8.0-10.5GHz frequency band.Learn More
