STPS4S200 Power Schottky Rectifiers: STMicroelectronics STPS4S200 Power Schottky Rectifier are 200V rectifiers suited for switch mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters. The STPS4S200 are packaged in DPAK, SMC and SMBflat. The devices are intended for use in low voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling and polarity protection. They are also ideal for all LED lighting applications.
