15KPA-HR & 15KPA-HRA TVS Diodes
Littelfuse 15KPA-HR and 15KPA-HRA Series TVS Diodes are designed specially to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These devices are ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications. The 15KPA-HR Series meets Group B Testing requirements.
High Reliability TVS Diodes
Littelfuse High-Reliability TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The High-Reliability TVS Diodes have excellent clamping capability and low incremental surge resistance. Their plastic package has underwriters laboratory flammability 94V-O and the diodes are lead-free tin plated, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
