MP3307 Non-Synchronous LED Drivers: MPS MP3307 Non-Synchronous LED Drivers are step-up drivers with 2.7V to 5.5V input range and up to 2.2MHz programmable switching frequency. These drivers are available in a TSOT23-8 package and use peak current mode to regulate the LED current. The MP3307 LED drivers support analog and pulse width modulation (PWM) dimming modes. Features include LED open protection, output voltage protection, cycle-by-cycle current limit protection, and thermal shutdown protection. Applications include video displays, In-car LCD Infotainment, and tablets.
