PS9905 Optocoupler
CEL PS9905 Optocoupler is designed with a CaAlAs LED on the input side, a signal processing circuit and power output transistor on the output side. This optocoupler features long creepage distance, 2.5A maximum output current, high-speed switching, and 8-pin Long Creepage SDIP. The PS9905 optocoupler also has Under Voltage Lock Out (UVLO) protection with hysteresis and high common mode transient immunity. Typical applications include IGBT, power MOSFET gate drivers, industrial inverter, and solar inverter.
