Vishay Semiconductor Ultrafast and Recovery Modules feature a range of technologies including FRED Pt®, HEXFRED®, and a high-performance Schottky diode.These ultrafast and recovery modules operate with up to 2500V reverse voltage and 600A forward current and feature new 300V, 650V, and 1200V reverse voltage variants. The ultrafast and recovery modules are designed and qualified for industrial level. These modules include standard and fast recovery diode modules, Schottky modules, ultrafast modules, thyristor modules, and IGBT modules. The ultrafast and recovery modules are available in the SOT-227 package and are RoHS compliant. These modules are intended for general applications such as High Voltage (HV) power supplies, electronic welders, motor control, and inverters.
