AMIS-49200 and AMIS-49250 Fieldbus MAU (media access units) are transceiver chips for low speed FOUNDATION Fieldbus and Profibus PA devices. AMIS-49200 was designed to be a near pin-for-pin replacement of the Yokogawa SAA22Q MAU. Near pin-for-pin means that associated component values may change but no board changes are required. AMIS-49250 is a small micro-lead frame version in a 7.0 x 7.0 mm NQFP-44 package.
