Fairchild Semiconductor FESx Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers are designed to meet requirements for commercial and industrial applications. The FESx series offers ultrafast recovery time, low forward voltage drop and low thermal resistance in a compact, 1.2mm x 6.5mm x 4.44mm TO-277 package. This low-profile surface mount package maximizes space savings. FESx Ultrafast Recovery Rectifiers are Industrial Device Qualified per AEC-Q101 Standards, lead-free, and RoHS-compliant.
