PLZ Series 500mW Zener Diodes
Vishay PLZ Series 500mW Zener Diodes are silicon planar Zener diodes in an ultra small, low profile surface mount package. They have a low leakage current and provide excellent stability. The PLZ Series are wave and reflow solderable and have high temperature soldering of 260°C/10 at the terminals.
