TB627 LED Lighting Drivers
Toshiba TB627 LED Lighting Drivers offer a large-current LED driver with integrated DC/DC controller for backlighting in white LEDs. The TB62777 devices offer high-intensity with an input voltage range of 4.75V to 40V and dimming control. The TB6278 7-segment drivers provide a compact, multifunctional solution with an option to drive 32 individual LEDs. TB62763 consist of a step-up type DC/DC converter which is highly efficient and designed for constant current driving of white LEDs.
